Ergon GP5 Grips

Description

The Ergon GP5 grips are ergonomically shaped grips for mountain bikes or trekking bikes. The Ergon GP5 grips have integrated bar ends in the grip, allowing for a variety of comfortable bike positions. The GP5 is also the version with the largest bar ends in the Ergon range.

Strong and comfortable
These Ergon GP5 grips with large bar ends offer good pressure distribution for the palms due to the larger surface. Your wrists are forced into a comfortable, straight position due to the special shape. This allows you to continue cycling for a long time without tingling fingers and sore wrists!

Personal adjustment
The Ergon GP5 is, next to the GP1 and GP3, the version with the largest bar-ends from the Ergon range. Since not all hands are the same size, it is possible to obtain these grips in two different diameters. The reason for this is that a larger hand has better and more comfortable contact with a larger diameter grip. For a smaller hand the reverse is true. Of course, this also depends on your personal preference. At the end of the grip is a mounting bolt, with which you can adjust the bar-end and the grip part separately from each other. This allows you to get the best support with the shape that suits your riding style.

A durable and sturdy design
This Ergon GP5 grip is made with a forged aluminum clamp, which ensures that it feels sturdy and durable. Mounting is therefore quick and it clamps well. Mounting the Ergon GP5 is nothing more than sliding the grip onto your handlebar and tightening the bolt. Adjusting the supporting platform works in the same way, and is done simply by loosening the bolt and turning the grip to the correct position for the desired support.

NB! Not suitable for carbon bars!
