The DT Swiss PR 1600 Spline 32 DB road bike wheels for disc brakes are one of the most all-round type of wheels on the market. A semi-deep rim with the best braking characteristics thanks to the use of disc brakes. The DT Swiss PR 1600 Spline 32 DB is, for example, also a great wheelset to use for cyclocross because sand and mud are less likely to be carried on the rim. And besides that, it often looks better than a shallow rim on your road bike.
The low weight in combination with the use of a DT Swiss 350 hub ensures a very durable and high quality wheel set. Thanks to the 'ratchet' body you accelarate very quickly. So you don't lose a lot of power when accelarating The DT Swiss have for years been known as one of the best in terms of durability and sealing.

The 350 body has the same performance as the more high-end hubs, but is built with slightly heavier components to offer the same reliability at a much lower cost. Pro Lock spoke nipples
Pro Lock is a process in which a patented 2-component adhesive liquid is injected into the nipple thread, allowing for extremely durable wheel constructions. By turning the nipple on the spoke, the adhesive is activated and begins to harden. The wheel can still be adjusted after the glue has fully hardened, with only a minimal loss of locking function. As a result, your wheels maintain much better spoke tension for longer. This extends durability and proper spoke tension by up to 20 times compared to wheels without Pro Lock nipples.
Tubeless ready
These wheels feature a tubeless ready rim that allows for the use of tubeless tyres and latex. This set-up minimises punctures. Should a puncture occur, the latex will fill the gap within seconds. Other advantages of riding tubeless are lower rolling resistance, more comfort and better grip. Of course, it is still possible to fit your old-fashioned folding tyres with inner tubes.

As I'm a muscular rider (110 kg) it's almost impossible to find carbon or aluminum wheels, but the DT Swiss PR1600 spline DB32 is what I've ended up with - a wheel that is easy running, black stiffness and great options for different axle/adapter sizes and almost all tire shapes. For everyday use it's the best I've had, stable, stiff and smooth running.
