This eliminates disturbances that can interfere with the heart rate signal and lead to unreliable measurements. Currently, wrist measurement is so accurate that a heart rate sensor or foot pod is no longer required.

Training Load Pro offers insight into the strain training puts on your body, and its effects on your performance.
