Namedsport Hydrafit is a hypotonic sports drink with red orange flavour. Hydrafit consists of a unique mix of carbohydrates, minerals, and vitamins. This special formula was designed for restoring energy, moisture, and the mineral balance during exertion.

One bottle (500 ml) of Namedsport Hydrafit contains around 15 grams of carbohydrates (per 20 g). The added electrolytes in the sports drink are ideal to restore electrolytes lost during perspiration. This makes the sports drink ideal for intense exertion or exercise during hot weather. The added vitamins B and C contribute to a reduction of fatigue. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.

Suggested Use: Use 2 level scoops (20g) per bottle (500ml). To be consumed before or during exercise. Use up to 3 bottles per day (60 g).
