The Isostar Hydrate & perform Drink is an isotonic sports drink with lemon or orange flavour. You can drink the sports drink before exercise. Because of the isotonic composition, the sports drink is quickly absorbed by the body. This sports drink is ideal for optimising the moisture and carbohydrate reserves before the start, or during the exercise. Ideal during intensive or longlasting effort on the bike.

A bottle Hydrate & Perform Lemon (500 ml) gr carbohydrates. This gives an energy duration of 30 to 40 minutes. You can make 10 bottles out of one jar of Isostar (400 grams).

Vitamin B1, Calcium and Magnesium have been added to this sports drink. Vitamin B1 contributes to a normal energy-supplying metabolism. Calcium and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and reduce fatigue.

This product may contain traces of gluten, milk and soya.

Tecnologie

Recommended use: Drink 500 millilitres of sports drink every 45 - 60 minutes during exercise. Consume a sports drink bottle within 24 hours of preparation. Ideal during intensive or prolonged efforts, and recommended when exercising in hot weather.

Recommended dosage: During warm-up (150ml every 15 minutes) and regularly during and after exercise (up to 2 hours after exercise) 150 ml every 15 minutes. Procedure for preparing a portion: Dissolve 3 measuring spoons in 500 ml of water.

Sucrose, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, citric acid, sodium citrate, magnesium carbonate, natural flavouring, sodium chloride, colouring agent: beetroot red, vitamins C, E, B1 and zinc sulphate. Contains sodium.
