You can take these Born Blocks with you wherever you go. The Blocks can be taken anywhere, anytime. One box of Born Block Energy2Go contains 16 Energy Blocks. An Energy Block contains 3 grams of carbohydrates. The fast sugars of a Born Block are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. This way they provide the body with energy in no time. The caffeine provides extra focus and concentration on the bike. Magnesium can help to prevent cramps in arms and legs.
Recommended dosage: The depletion of the carbohydrate supply during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Carbohydrate replenishment before and during exercise can improve (cycling) performance. If the effort lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume extra carbohydrates. Consume Born Blocks in combination with other sports nutrition products until an intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour is reached.
