Le barrette Etixx Energy Sport Bar si contraddistinguono soprattutto per il loro delizioso sapore.Le Etixx Energy Sport Bar sono disponibili in due gusti. Grazie alla loro eccellente composizione, queste barrette forniscono l’energia necessaria per raggiungere prestazioni ottimali. Il basso contenuto di fibre e grassi rende queste barrette facili da digerire. Inoltre, la speciale composizione di zucchero garantisce un apporto di energia prolungato.
As carbo-loading: 1 bar (as a snack)
10 min. before exercise: 1 bar
DURING exercise: 1 to 2 bars per hour of exercise*.
* 1-2 bars provide 30 and 60g of carbohydrate respectively.
Recommended dose: Depleting carbohydrate stores during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Carbohydrate supplementation before and during the effort can improve the (cycling) performance. If the effort lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume extra carbohydrates. It is recommended to consume approximately 1 to 2 energy bars per hour. Or consume an energy bar in combination with other sports nutrition products until an intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour is reached. A common strategy is to consume energy bars during the less intensive phases of exercise. The digestion process of energy bars requires a higher blood flow compared to other sports nutrition products.
Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place (15-22ºC). Keep out of reach of children.

gusto gradevole, il limone non è molto forte. puoi anche spezzarlo in due, visto che la barretta è molto grande.
