Description
The Tubus Lowrider Tara has been the "Big Apple" of front carriers for years. Over time, the carrier has seen numerous improvements which have made it stronger and all but indestructible. Made using 25CRM04 steel which can carry loads of up to 15 kg. The simple shape and adjustable mounts make it compatible with multiple front forks. The Tara Big Apple is especially suitable for bikes with fatter tyres. Fitted with multiple eyelets to attach to the fenders.

Fitted one to my old mountain bike I use for touring. Initial teething probs fitting due to my forks being a strange shape/size/angle but a 10 day loaded tour later it is still on and I love it.

Great simple design makes this versatile steel front rack easy to install, rigid and strong whilst being relatively light. Affords ample clearance for wider (2") tyres on both 26" and 700c wheels. Does not flex even with full-loaded panniers installed
