Time Atac Cleats

I've been riding them for 15 years and have never been disappointed. I change them once a year, covering between 4 and 6,000 kilometres.

Pedals and plates last for years!!!!

The time xc pedals and plates are so much better than any other. If you just come out of the mud with your shoes, this falls out at the front of the pedal (I.instead of pedalling it down like shimano). Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but also so much better.
