All Schwalbe's inner tubes are an excellent choice, as they retain the right pressure for a long time and are made of at least 20% recycled butyl. The tyre weighs approximately 150 grams, which makes it not particularly lightweight but certainly not heavy.

My tip: take one spare inner tube with you (per bike) so that you can quickly continue after a change. In the evening at your tent (or hotel) stick the flat tyre on. That way you can easily cycle for 4 weeks without frustration.
