2 road bike tyres are not cheap, but as far as I am concerned the control variant of the corsas are ideal. I used the non-control version once and suffered several punctures with it. You don't notice that little bit of extra rolling resistance, but you certainly don't notice punctures!

First time mounting a bit difficult (put some Vaseline on the last part of the rim). But then you have a fine, good rolling tyre on your bike. Highly recommended.

I used the same ones on my BMC Roadmachine and I'm still very happy with them. Good service from Mantel.

Very fine tyres with top rolling characteristics. I have the 28mm. Pump them up to 5 bar and you have a wonderfully smooth rolling tyre. Especially with vittoria latex inner tubes.

This is my favorite go to tyre . Fast rolling and puncture proof. Easy to install. And the Tan Sidewalls look very classy.

Service and purchase experience with Mantel was great. Quickly delivery, quick and easy purchase process. Unfortunately the Vittoria Corsa Next tyres did not not live up to the expectation I have for Vittoria tyres. I've raced on Vittoria Corsa Control clinchers for a few years and used Vittoria Rubinos for winter training for years. The Vittoria Corsa Next was easy to setup tubeless but this will depend on your wheelset. The thread on Corsa Next on my rear tyres delaminated from the tyre casing after approx 2500km. For comparison I would usually get approx 4000km from a Corsa Control clincher which is supposedly a less robust tyre. A few teammates has also experienced this delamination with the Corsa Next. The ride feel and grip from Corsa Next is not close to that of the Corsa Control. I found that the range of pressures to get any decent comfort and grip from Corsa Next was very small, around 5psi. I was running them at 72psi rear and 65psi front. Any pressures above or below the above figures by more than 3 psi and the tyres felt even worse. For reference rider + bike weight of 82kg.

Great, fast tyre for many kilometres. Also very good for the winter because it is relatively puncture-proof and above all a lot of fun! Mounting is also super easy, the second time even without tyre levers.

Very satisfied with this tyre. Will definitely buy this one again. Some experience may help to put the tyre on the rim. Nice design and of high quality.

Already had this tyre as a rear tyre and front tyre a Corsa plain but it was written off after two years of use so now also for a control its toppers.

It is very easy to fit and after many kilometres on quite "dirty" roads, no punctures.

Fine tyres. Last tried the non control version, but went flat 2x in 2000 km. With the control version I went something like 8 to 9000 km without a puncture

Game changer! UK roads are just the worst!!! Was running 26mm wide tyres, swapped to these and it has changed the riding, more volume so much comfier on roads. And still as quick, great tyre, I give them too marks.

Fine tire. Since I switched to this type I hardly ever ride flat anymore (knock on wood). Also a very nice tire if you like to tackle the occasional forest or shell path on the road bike. Tire goes easily over the rim.

It rides wonderfully smooth and in corners you can just hear how much grip you have because of the coarser tread on the sides. Unfortunately, my heart was broken by puncturing in three consecutive rides due to small sharp pebbles/sand grains apparently easily poking into the inner tube in the small space between the black strips. I feared that three times in such a short time was no longer a coincidence, so I ran back to that German competitor.

In itself not a bad tire, but certainly not a topper. I have now ridden 1250km with these tires and have already had 3 punctures. I think that's a lot, especially for a tire that is supposed to do just fine on this property. And I think I've been lucky, because often I've seen little stones in the rubber that just haven't gone through the layer. I must add that the 1250km were driven in the winter months, with often bad weather. Furthermore, it is far too expensive compared to tires of comparable quality.

Cheap and reliable Mantel has sent me the Vittoria Corsa Control G2 tire sent. The Corsa G2 is for me the best coat on the market for urban road bikes. I have not yet driven enough km to be able to judge the puncture protection, but that will be comparable to products from other manufacturers. The tire just rides well.

Comparisons refer to the Continental GP5000, which already had after 2500km a carcass damage in front and sich Ablösendes rubber to the carcass rear. The Vittoria tire is made very high quality. Mounting on the rim is somewhat easier than with the Conti, but then the tire sits absolutely perfectly centered on the rim - with the Conti I had regular slight bulges to the side. The grip in the dry is of course very good, on descents on bad asphalt, the tire conveys an incredible amount of safety in the corners. On wet roads, it then really plays out its strengths and literally sucks itself onto the asphalt. Compared to the Conti in all situations much better grip, but of course slightly higher rolling resistance. The damping on uneven terrain is excellent. After 800km so far no abnormalities in wear - but according to various forum information should be 5000-7500km in it. Puncture protection is also very good, even after trips with split or shards there were no problems with me. Perfect tire for drivers who do not want to get the last second out, but are looking for good grip, little wear and puncture resistance.

Very good tire

Easy to mount. Good grip in corners. Good cut resistance and no punctures after 1000 km.

This is the second pair of this model that I have mounted because I was very happy with the first ones. The caramel color of the sides gives a new look to the bike. The price of tablecloth quite competent and the preparation and shipping of the product very fast.

I have tried many brands of clinchers but these are definitely the best of all as road holding, comfort and performance even in the wet, as long as you inflate them to the correct pressure i.e. not too low as the trend of the moment: I inflate them to 6.8 bar front and 7.9 bar rear (my weight is 65kg). They give a very good riding feel and comfort, in two years of use with thousands of miles driven I have only punctured once.

I've always ridden Michelin tires and my first impression of the Vittoria tires is that they're very pleasant, safe and comfortable. I haven't ridden them enough to give a better opinion yet.

Purchased on Mantel , mounted on Campagnolo Bora One rims , after 100 km on very clean asphalt roads ( no pave' or bumpy roads !! ) I report two punctures in two outings , one with a tiny cut of the clincher, the other invisible .. puncture resistance non-existent for these vaunted clinchers and reliability compromised by the damage .. money and trust misplaced . I do not recommend purchase for amateur use ...

I switched from 25mm to 28mm and the smoothness is the same, great cornering grip, a little uphill you feel the width. Durable and great color for a bike porn!

When I put it in I see that it costs much more than the ones I was wearing, the Continental 5000, they are very stiff. They grip very well and the tread is perfect, and downhill they are spectacular. I never go out if it rains, but it has already caught me with these tires, and they are great, expels water through the center lines. All in all pretty good overall

I have been riding these Vittoria outer tires for several years. I have been able to ride over 5000 km with one set. Unfortunately, the last time I put new ones on, I did have an immediate puncture due to a sharp pebble sitting through the side of the tire. Shit Happens! But it does seem to me that the side of the tire is the most vulnerable. Otherwise, the tire runs well and fitting the tire is very smooth.

Five 80 km outings with these tires and the verdict is clear, they look great, two outings in the rain without any apprehension because they are so safe, not enough recoil, but the tire seems very resistant to punctures, maybe a little heavy, weighing in at 285g, which is not the search criterion for me.

I nicked three inner tubes trying to get these tyres on having got the tyre on pumping them up to find out they have a hole x3 time . Getting them off was even harder

I got to race and train for a year with these tires in Spain, had 1 puncture in the whole season. Extreme grip in corners and descents. However back in Holland I had to ride on dirty roads in rainy conditions, this lead to multiple punctures in a short period of time. It is probably the same reason why this tire has so much grip as the reason why so many pebbles stick in my tire in dirty weather. I still pick several pebbles out of the tires daily. So my conclusion is that this is a perfect tire for competition in dry conditions and wet conditions. When training, I often find myself on dirt roads, so this is not my ideal training tire.

These tires are very smooth and have excellent grip. When going downhill or on dirty asphalt you can feel the grip and they give more confidence in riding the bike. I have not yet tried them in the wet. Nice tread pattern as well.

Have driven 400 km with it now and punctured 2x. Both times in wet weather. I ride with the 25mm and 7bar due to my weight and 19c rim. Have ridden faster tires, these look like tractor tires. That they roll a little less was known to me, but that bad.... For me no Corsa Control G2 again.

I bought yes mis 25 that 28 ,the latter working on lower pressures has excellent road holding in all conditions personally tested assembly in the norm a little difficult to find the arrow that indicates the direction of travel
