The bike carrier was delivered within 2 days and it comes with a decent storage bag. The electrical connection is reversible for 7 or 13-pole plug. Very handy.

The good thing is that it folds up and takes up very little space.

Very easy to place on tow bar and unfold. Strong attachment for bikes and after use easy and compact storage in supplied bag.

Excellent product, solid, practical, well built. Only downside, it does not allow the large tailgate of my Zafira Life to be opened.

Exactly what I expected. bikes stand securely with the lockable holders. Was a bit of a puzzle to adjust the two bikes because one handlebar of the bike is at the saddle height of the other (I had the same problem with the previous one). 1 spacer turned stiffly after the 2nd time. I put Wd 40 on it and now it seems fine.

Fine, affordable and stable bike carrier. Collapsing and unfolding, attaching and detaching, securing bicycles, all child's play. Also looked at Thule but was not worth the extra price. Just make sure the tow bar is compatible. We have a Prius 3 with a detachable tow bar. As the Prius 3 is not allowed to tow a trailer, a strip is welded on top of the tow bar's ball, so this bike carrier will not fit. Concerns a Thule towbar and after some research, it turns out there are even Thuke bike carriers that cannot be mounted on this towbar. The solution was to grind that strip a bit 'round' with a household grinder. Now the Pro User fits perfectly.

Well-designed product, but to get a vttae with big tyres you have to buy chocks as accessories, which adds a bit to the final price.

My old bike carrier hung very backwards. While driving, the bikes were not really stationary. Now they are upright behind the car. At first, it takes quite some time to position the bikes correctly, but practice makes perfect.

fine bike carrier suitable for almost all types of bikes ( electric, race and mtb ; watch my shifting of the lamp units, the plastic of the lamp unit holder can break quickly , move the lamp units with the metal support over the guide rails and grease them occasionally with WD40 after a rain shower , fortunately all parts can be ordered separately from the manufacturer.

A fine bike carrier that you install smoothly and effortlessly on your towbar. Suitable for two bicycles. I stored it on a transport board on wheels so it can be wheeled to the car. Quite heavy to lift.
