Have tried the shots a few times. Handy to carry in your pocket during a run. Does not stick. Personally, I find 1 shot just a little too big. Taste fine, not mega extreme cola but more like a nice candy.

Gels I found too much of a good thing at one time, therefore ordered gel shots. Very nice because these can be taken in small quantities. Convenient to use during exercise. And they taste great too :-)

Product works well for extra energy and tastes great too! only I find the packaging for while cycling and running a little awkward

These are genuinely nice to eat and don't leave a nasty taste in your mouth. Handy resealable bag to tuck in the back pocket on a ride. Have bought another bag so they must be good!
