Always have the Born super gel with me, after taking it I feel the legs fill up with energy again. I won't go on the road without a gel

Was never much into the gels and bars. But if you read and experience that you really run out of carbohydrates after about an hour and a half... Of course you then continue on fat burning, but the best is gone by then. An eye-opener. If you eat enough, you really do come home much fresher too. I discovered this gel from Born pretty quickly and I just really like it. Also in terms of taste. No need to look any further.
