A fine helmet. I did have to raise the sun visor slightly because it obstructed my vision. Only rode in winter. I wonder if the helmet is not too hot in summer

Entry-level helmet with Wavecel technology, but you can't tell it's basic. It is a pity that in a helmet of this style they have dispensed with the possibility of mounting a Blendr mount for cameras and lights. It's not that it doesn't come with it, it's that it's not even prepared. Otherwise it is a very good helmet.

I've used it for a couple of winter rides and it's a blast, maybe the wave cell system prevents it from ventilating the head like other helmets.

The helmet sits nicely on my head and is well adjustable. Additional advantage because of the wave cell, no flies can get through the ventilation holes. The adjustable visor took some getting used to after being used to a racing helmet. But it does have its advantages with a bright sun in the forest. Small drawback is my cycling glasses have thicker legs so a pressure point above the ear started to hurt. The next ride I wore cycling goggles with thin arms and that went great. No problems at all. All in all, an excellent purchase.

Just right in terms of size, but during cycling, helmet quickly sinks down and rests on the rim of cycling glasses. Tighter tightening comes at the expense of comfort. When trying on, so don't just look for the size - but walk with it for a while, and jump/move around a bit

My third mountain bike helmet in 30 years of riding, and my first BONTRAGER. I'm really pleased with my purchase, because this helmet is very comfortable and very safe. What's more, my order was processed and delivered very quickly. For XC and trail use.

The helmet is light in feel, wears excellently. In particular, the adjustment to your head circumference feels natural. No clinging feeling even after hours of wearing. The front flap is easy to move up and down, ensuring good visibility.

Top helmet with top service. Crashed hard two months ago; entirely my fault. Fell on hip and head. Head nothing wrong thanks to the helmet! Unable to cycle for two months due to my broken hip. Picked up new helmet today under "Crash Replacement Guarantee", first mountain biking again tomorrow.

Very nice helmet that really protects your head and makes you feel safe. The weight of the helmet is not that bad, you hardly even feel you are wearing it.

The helmet fits and feels good, safe! Only downside for me is that it is fairly 'heavy' compared to my previous helmet. But maybe I just need to get used to it. Helmet is easy to adjust.

Chosen this helmet instead of the Mip system. Bontrager says this Wave system gives optimum protection. I watched several youtube videos and this appealed to me more than Mips. Safety was, at the time of purchase, paramount. I wanted the latest safety system and good protection for the whole head, including the back of the head. But comfort and design were also important. I am extremely satisfied. After two weeks I knew, this is a good system. While mountain biking, I hit my head hard. Bam, that bang against that crossing tree ;-) arrived. What was left behind: a broken brake disc, bruises, muscle pain and a dent in my ego. But thanks to this Bontrager with its wave system, my head stayed in one piece. You can see the dent in the photo. Bummer of course, my helmet dented and no longer usable. But hey, with one phone call to Mantel, I immediately received a new one. Crash Replacement Guarantee from Bontrager. Perfect. I didn't hesitate for a second to get this helmet again. You don't feel it, but it still feels safe! You adjust it quickly and properly, once, with the system. It stays in place, even after a hefty rattle downhill. After this big bang, I do tighten it an extra tooth at the back ;-) For me, a top helmet, highly recommended.
