I took the same size as already fitted, I got used to the oval very quickly, what surprised me very positively was the easier climbing on steep sections and a lot less stress on my knees due to the lack of the dead centre. An oval is great

I use the chainring on my enduro bike, the chain is perfectly pre-tensioned due to the oval shape, which saves me the chain guide. The bike pedals much more homogeneously uphill. The look is simply ingenious, blends in perfectly with the Rainbow chain/cassette. The chainring has good self-cleaning properties.

The chain runs more smoothly, so there's no need to change the chain length.
