Excellent helmet
Excellent helmet, very well ventilated and super comfortable. Only downside is that the aeroshell is not in the package (I would gladly pay a little extra for it). I could not justify the price difference for the Genesis, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Fine helmet that does its job when needed
Meanwhile ordered my 2nd Lazer Z1. Had the previous one on for decoration for about 15,000 km. And a fraction of sec the helmet did its job well. Hard with the side of my head on the tiles. Mips feature always thought of will do. Ambu nurse , after medical check looked at the helmet. Without helmet the situation would have been very different. The Lazer Z1 itself is just a fine helmet, extra set of paddings nicely packed in a waterproof pouch you can use for your mobile.

Perfection!
Awesome service from Mantel. This helmet is the best I’ve ever used. The anti tangle straps and their ease of adjustment are very handy. The fit is spot on and the adjust is sooooo much better than the usual dial at the back, it really gives you a comfortable and secure fit. Hopefully I’ll never have to rely on the MIPS but it’s good to know it’s there. Easy to stash sunglasses in the vents and little cutaway at the front means it’s easy to flip the peak of your casquette up when required.
