These shoes are perfect for the mountain biker who likes to do tricks while also taking part in some downhill and enduro races. The shoe has good grip on the technical parts due to the soft rubber on the sole. But you can still just do one footers, nac-nacs and any other trick where you take your feet off the pedals. Also, after a long day of cycling in muddy conditions, the shoes are very easy to clean. The only real downside are the somewhat short laces but that's no reason not to buy the shoe, also the shoes are not very nice to walk in but that doesn't really matter as these shoes are made for cycling.
