An optical heart rate monitor is slightly less accurate in general when used during intensive interval training compared to an heart rate belt.
If you have a small wrist circumference, the Forerunner 45 may be too big. In that case, go for the Forerunner 45S.
The Ignite does not have a multisport function. When running a triathlon, the watch does not automatically switch from one discipline to another.
An optical heart rate monitor is generally a little less accurate during intensive interval training than a heart rate monitor.
It is not possible to pair ANT+ or Bluetooth sensors, such as a speed or cadence sensors from your bike.
