According to the product specialist

Pros
The Topeak Pocket Rocket fits easily in your back pocket.
The aluminium air chamber gives the hand pump a solid and reliable body.
The Topeak Pocket Rocket DX II has a maximum pumping capacity of 160 psi / 11 bar.
Thanks to the small size, this pump fits in a saddle bag or back pocket.
The Pocket Drive has a pump hose for easy access to the valve.
Due to its compact size and low weight, you will hardly notice that this mini pump is in your back pocket.
The integrated ABS pump hose makes the pump very easy to use and is more resistant to dirt and wear.
Because the Pocket Drive HV pumps a lot of air into the tyre per stroke, this mini pump is very suitable for larger tyres, such as mountain bike tyres.
Has a flexible pump hose which makes it easier to inflate the tyre.
Comes with attachment material for the frame.
Thanks to the flexible pump hose, air cannot escape while pumping.
Cons
The Pocket Rocket DX II has no pressure gauge.
Due to the small size you will need more pump strokes to fully inflate the tyre.
The maximum pump pressure of 6.2 bar makes this pump unsuitable for road bike tyres. For those tyres, the Sport Drive is a better choice.
There's no pressure meter on which to read the exact tyre pressure.
