According to the product specialist

Pros
The Boa L6 dial makes it really easy to tighten or loosen your shoe.
Good breathability due to perforation and mesh use in the forefoot.
Seamless one-piece top part for ideal fit and daily comfort.
-
Extremely suitable shoe for those who haven't been cycling for that long.
Easy adjustability through the 3 Velcro straps.
Cons
The carbon sole can feel a bit stiff at first if you're not used to it.
-
The sole isn't very stiff which means more comfort, albeit at the expense of a little power on each push of the pedals.
