The Maxxis High Road is the flagship of the Maxxis road tyre collection and represents Maxxis' leap to the top segment in road racing tyres.
The best performing compound
The High Road features the all new HYPR compound, Maxxis' best performing compound at present. For the design of this compound the focus was on finding the ultimate balance between low rolling resistance and grip in wet conditions. The HYPR compound provides up to 16% less rolling resistance and 23% more grip in wet conditions than previous Maxxis road tyres. This makes the High Road very suitable for use during races, and a real winner in wet conditions.
Durable and puncture resistant
The durability of the High Road has not diminished; it is the same as in previous models. You can also safely rely on the High Road's puncture protection thanks to the K2 breaker layer under the tread. K2 is a Kevlar composite that is more puncture resistant than standard Kevlar and Vectran breaker layers.

The 120 TPI carcass excels in rainy conditions, as it gives you excellent handling and reliable cornering grip.
