Magura Louise/Marta Performance 6.1 Disc Brake Pads

Magura Type 6.1 Performance disc brake pads are organic brake pads and are suitable for Magura Marta from 2009 and Magura Louise from 2007.

Organic brake pads are made of soft materials. These brake pads therefore provide excellent dosage and braking power and grip quickly. In addition, the organic compound ensures that these brake pads make little noise while driving.
The disadvantage of organic brake pads is that they do not cope as well with higher temperatures that can occur during long descents. Also, organic brake pads wear faster if you ride in muddy conditions.
In short, if you use your bike in the summer and mainly cycle in the Netherlands, then these organic brake pads are the perfect choice. If you use your bike mainly in the winter, or if you regularly go to hilly/mountainous areas, then you should probably opt for Semi-Metallic brake pads.
