The GripGrab Windbreaking SS is a men's short-sleeved base layer and the perfect weapon for cycling against the wind. This base layer provides the protection and comfort you need while cycling in challenging weather conditions.
Wind protection, breathability and wonderful freedom of movement
The GripGrab Windbreaking SS uses the innovative Arrowind™ technology. As a result, this undershirt pushes the boundaries in combining wind protection, high breathability and excellent freedom of movement. Many windproof base layers feature a double-layer construction at the front, which can restrict freedom of movement and lead to heat build-up. The Windbreaking SS uses a new single-ply, windproof fabric. This breathes very well and is wonderfully flexible. The windbreaking fabric at the front and on the shoulders, blocks up to 80% of the air particles pounding on your torso. In doing so, the breathability remains the same as that of other knitted materials.
Flexible and breathable back
The back of this undershirt is made of an extremely stretchy material with very high breathability. This effectively wicks away sweat and quickly relieves you of any excess heat. The combined result of this leads to protection and heat regulation that keeps you wonderfully comfortable.
Polygiene® textile treatment to keep you fresh and odour-free
To keep you fresh and odour-free, a Polygiene® treatment has been applied to this high-quality undershirt. The 'Wear More. Wash Less®' technology uses silver ions to inhibit the build-up of odour-causing bacteria. This treatment is completely safe and does not result in skin irritations. In addition, this treatment cannot be washed out of this undershirt. A reduced build-up of bacteria leads to a lower likelihood of smelly odours, thus reducing washing frequency.
• This product should be washed at lukewarm temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees.
• After washing, hang up to dry.
• Do not place on a heater or in the dryer.
• Wash your cycling accessories only when necessary. This not only saves water but also prevents faster wear.
• Consider cleaning your gloves on the surface with a sponge instead of a full wash.

Perfect balance between blocking wind and breathing well

A great universal undershirt for when it gets colder than 12 degrees. Between 8 and 12 degrees, I ride with this shirt under a regular long-sleeved cycling shirt. When it gets colder than 8 degrees, I put a base layer underneath. The shirt breathes great. You no longer need expensive sweaty plastic jackets in spring and autumn. Tip: buy one with short as well as long sleeves! The sizing is good. I am 71 kg, 174 cm and fit exactly M.
