Description

Description

The Garmin HRM Pro Plus is the most complete heart rate monitor from Garmin available at the moment. The HRM Pro Plus measures heart rate, of course, but you can also use it for other sports like swimming, running, team sports and fitness!

Accurate heart rate
The HRM Pro Plus will give you highly accurate heart rate information during exercise. You can also connect it to various devices at the same time, such as turbo trainers, smartphones, sports watch and cycle computers.

Indoor training
Indoor running functionality has been significantly improved from the previous edition, the HRM Pro. It provides very accurate data for your running speed and distance covered when running indoors or on a treadmill. This data is even more accurate than the data from a watch during indoor running. You'll also see running dynamics such as Ground Contact Time (GCT), stride length, vertical oscillation and more.

Stand alone
While other heart rate monitors require a watch or bike computer to store data, the HRM Pro Plus can do it all on its own. For sports that don't require a watch, such as swimming or various team sports, the monitor automatically stores heart rate data and sends it to you when you're done. It will keep track of intensity minutes, steps, calories and heart rate, which you can view later in the Garmin Connect app.

Physio True Up
If you have multiple Garmin devices, Physio True Up syncs your accumulated fitness data across devices so your fitness status is always accurate.

Technology

• Renewed battery cover requiring no tools.
• Running distance and speed are measured by the watch for a better indoor running experience.
• Running dynamics: GCT (ground contact time), stride length, vertical oscillation and more.
• Ability to store heart rate data from an activity for later review.
• Physio True Up. Fitness data is tracked and processed to update all devices when using multiple Garmin devices.
• Dual connectivity with ANT+ and BLE to connect the heart rate monitor to multiple devices.

Compatibility

• Virtually all devices that have heart rate monitoring functionality and can connect with Bluetooth or ANT+ including: Garmin cycling computers and sports watches, cycletrainers, fitness equipment, mobile and many more.
