Continental MTB Light inner tubes have been designed with mountain biking in mind; there is a suitable one for every mountain bike. They are very lightweight; the 26, 27.5 and 29 inch sizes weigh 125, 145 and 160 grams respectively. If you have the right inner tube, it can help improve your bike's handling. And, as weight and rolling resistance are important not only for tyres but also for inner tubes, a slightly more expensive inner tube can be considered a relatively cheap upgrade!

I bought this inner tube not necessarily for the weight but because it is a lot smaller in size than a regular inner tube. This makes it ideal to take with you as a spare
