Zeer fijne computer
Zeer fijne fietscomputer. Eerste keer is het nog uitzoeken hoe het werkt en de navigatie is vrij simpel, maar doet wat het moet doen

Very good gps, lots of options and easy route downloading
Good bike gps, easy downloading routes, setting gps the data route during training is still searching, the instruction for the next turn during route could be better, the battery lasts much longer than garmin.when linking strava, the data sometimes do not match what the bike gps indicates(average.30 gps strava 29.8)

Nice and well-functioning product with a fine screen.
After owning several Garmins, I made the switch. Many options via app. Works well, nice screen. Always clear. 3 handy control buttons for switching between screens on the move. Less connection under trees or in woods.

Reliable and user-friendly navigation.
What a relief after my old Garmin Edge. This one can navigate without getting stuck several times during each route. Via bluetooth and WIFI easy to connect to the phone so you can use Komoot and Strava to plan a nice route. Mbv the element app, the various pages can be arranged as desired. The Wahoo has pre-programmed interval training to make the commute more varied. To take full advantage of this, you do need various sensors, such as a heart rate monitor and power meter, which can be paired via ANT+. I have no sensors paired and thus only use the basic functionality of the Wahoo. That is (more than) sufficient for me. With some functions, such as modifying an already started route, I am still searching for the fastest way to do this. I have not yet tried the summit segments in the flat province of Brabant, but they seem like a nice addition. The GPS is reasonably accurate, at complex intersections the "chevrons" sometimes need some time to show you the right turn. If you have missed a turn, this is clearly pointed out so you can quickly correct it. Battery life is fine for a full day of cycling. The screen is easy to read but looks a bit plain because of the limited amount of color used. The push buttons work intuitively, the absence of a touchscreen is not a miss. Lots of functionality for a great price, the price advantage over the element V2 is great.

Very fine bike computer
Very nice bike computer, train by heart rate with this and can follow my schedule this way. However, the product has more advantages if you buy a power meter.

Worth the money, nice to use. Don't hesitate, do it.
I have about 600 km on it now, so time for a review. My experience is generally very positive, I have no experience with Garmin so I can only judge one-sidedly. I create routes via komoot and get them from all kinds of websites, such as anwb and I export them to the roam, you can also sync with all kinds of apps such as komoot and strava etc. it just depends what you prefer. This works well. With a paid account of strava you can also load it, but there is plenty of free stuff to find on the interweb. Ease of operation is top, you paired once your roam with your phone via bluetooth and next time your bluetooth on your mobile is on and your roam is on, they find each other within 5 sec. Have not experienced any connection loss yet. Settings are through the app on your phone. You can have a lot of information displayed but it doesn't overwhelm. In the beginning it takes some playing around with what info you want during the ride. Altitude meter, current time, time on the road, how long to go, how many km left, current speed and average speed. It can all be done. Navigating: Works very nicely. You select the route on your app and then click on sync, the roam notifies you a few seconds later that it receives your command and loads the route. When you start and you are not yet at the starting point it asks if you want route assistance to this point. I usually choose no, if you then select start route the first few meters are simply added to the total. If you deviate from the route it gives a blue route that you can follow to get back on route, the black route is the normal route. Cycling back is not necessary. I often zoom out a bit to see which roads to follow, especially in forest areas this is advisable. Through the many trees you can sometimes lose your GPS signal, MTB'ers have this quite often (also with Garmin I read in the reviews). Signal comes back automatically. Also nice to get to places where you normally don't go because you don't know the route. You can also enter a location on the roam and then cycle there. There are also some lesser points: Sometimes it randomly loses the GPS signal, which can be annoying if you don't know which way to go for a while. Especially in wooded areas, although I have also experienced it in rural areas. When zooming out far, the route is not always displayed correctly. Moreover, the map is not very clear when zooming out (far), which makes it difficult to create an overview. Although you hardly ever use it, usually you zoom in further. Nothing else to complain about.

Fantastic device, but with one major drawback.
I have had the Roam for a year now and I am 90% satisfied with it. It has one drawback: the back on track function does not work abroad. I haven't researched all over Europe, of course, but at least the feature doesn't work around Hamburg and the surrounding area and not in the area around Jávea and Denia in Spain (Costa Blanca). So I have a strong suspicion that it only works in the Netherlands. Also the function to plan a route back to start along the way does not work in those areas. So if you deviate from the route and cannot find it back, you have to use other navigation systems to get home again. So when abroad, take a map with you or google maps etc.

Very nice!
I notice a slight stall in the forest! Too bad I had the same problem with the bolt! Very good autonomy, which is great even with the LEDs and GPS map mode. Great design! Good quality screen and good visibility.
