I've had this hitch for ten years but I need to change it twice a year. Comfortable with pedals

Never had cleats before, liked them, practised a bit before I went out, done quite a few kilometres now, goes much faster with cleats!

Just what I was looking for and couldn't find at my local Décathlon!

I had ordered non-fixed shims (narrow tips) and received fixed shims (wider tips).

Well... when things start creaking you know what time it is again... finds that they wear out quite quickly, but I always thought that of Time RXS and Look too.

The new version of the iclic/xpresso cleat has a more substantial front, which hopefully will reduce the wear rate which the previous cleats were known for, so far so good, usual excellent service from Mantel.
