Quality bottom bracket from Shimano. If all parameters are correct easy to assemble. Runs like a sewing machine. And hopefully for quite a while.

Not much to say about a bottom bracket, except that replacing it has been very easy for me. Very easy, and the MT800 is a good upgrade!
