Looks fantastic, really light weight, very comfortable and my head remained cool even on tough 100 mile route recently. Mantel company I can’t praise enough. Really easy purchase, informative emails kept me up to date with tracking and a final thank you message for using them. I will definitely use Mantel in the future for further cycling gear and would definitely recommend to others.

Fits great and is cool enough doing high intensity stuff. Oakleys fit in the vents very easily.

A great looking and very light helmet. The sunglasses ports are well spaced and effective. Only slight downside is that it could use a bit more internal padding for addition comfort at the top.

The helmet comes with significant aero advantages without the overheating of more solid helmets. The ventilation is very apparent, with fewer, larger opening than traditional designs. The weight is slightly more than competitors but the multi-directional fit means it's not noticeable when it's on.

Overall very pleased with my black/red Synthe. What struck me was its compactness and light weight compared with my old Mavic Plasma. Fit and ventilation are excellent. Subjectively it feels "aero" in that it is light and quiet, I hardly noticed it during my first ride. The only reason I give it less than a full 10 is the finish - a few imperfections where the trim pieces are bonded to the polystyrene core. Overall though I am very pleased and would recommend it.

An incredibly beautiful helmet, both in form and finish. Extremely comfortable and practical too. Enough venting to keep your head cool and lightweight enough for you to almost forget its there at all. Expensive, but worth the money. Sizing is very true to what they say, so be careful.

This is a top of the range helmet at half the price of everywhere else. It feels comfortable and light, can't fault it at all and great, fast delivery again.

Only done a couple of minor rides but have no concerns about wearing it for long periods in the future as I forgot I was wearing it even on those rides as its so light and well ventilated. Just noticed from a particular cross wind some slight drag but otherwise perfect all round performance. Found the fitting took 90% quicker to adjust than other helmets I've had in the past. Some have commented that the straps are a bit flimsy but this is a serious minimalistic racing helmet that has shed weight at every opportunity whilst at same time enhancing performance, safety and comfort.

Replaced my Kask Mojito with this. I've also owned a S-works evade. This sits right in the middle - feels as quick as the evade but is slightly warmer than the mojito. I would recommend it. The black matte finish worries me for long term use but is fine so far after a couple of weeks

The Synthe is very light, easily adjustable and well-vented -and it makes you look good... And addition it is QUIET: THere is a noticeable difference in the noise level created by turbulence, when compared to e.g. the Giro Atmos. A neat little perk, when you are in a group ride, and actually able to hear people around you.

I love this helmet. It's so comfy, light as a feather and looks great (in white/silver). A nice touch too are the sunglasses slots which have rubberised grippers that help keep them secure.

This helmet is no lighter than my previous helmet however it sits on a light frame which allows the air to circulated around your head keeping you cool. Very comfortable to wear and adjust to the correct fit.

Expensive lid but if it's more aero than the aeon then it's worth it. Nice fitting inner skin that doesn't actually contact much of the head - kind of floats in position keeping temperature down

Very light,keeps the head cool and looks great too,really happy with this ,and the service from Mantel was top notch with the delivery tracker.l will definitely use and recommend Mantel again as the price was the lowest online also.
