Goes in and out of the lock easily. Tricky in certain places to put the chain around something. I sometimes have to turn the bike around because then the chain is not long enough or too high.

The chain is long enough to attach to a post, or rack. And not too long that the chain gets in the way under your saddle, or on the back of the rack. Lock, lock works well with the same key as the standard lock on the bike.

The mortise chain supplements the frame lock and offers the possibility of additionally connecting the bicycle to railings, bicycle racks or similar. For transporting the chain on "normal" bicycles, an additional (saddle) bag, which is also offered, makes sense. On my cargo bike, I transport it in a plastic can for "food supplements" with a screw cap ("upcycling"). I can't say anything about the level of security. However, "bike theft" is made more difficult in any case.

Good tuck-in chain. Link two bikes together with it, so could have been slightly longer. The fixed Abus bike lock does not always catch the plug-in chain at once, so it is important to check it carefully.
