One of the best tires on the market for their grip and durability make them a safe bet. The super fast shipping with Mantel makes me repeat very often with them in my purchases.

I've never been disappointed with the features of Continental brand tires. Performance, durability, safety and, of course, style.
1 tire had a crack within 1000 kilometers. New tire ordered, again a tear and puncture after 1 ride (just on the road). Next time something else for me anyway.
Previously skeptical whether I would notice, but purchased anyway after good stories from friends. The upgrade from Schwalbe Lugano 2 to these tires is bizarre! The grip is very good, but mainly the rolling resistance is amazing. For the first time I was able to ride (solo) 31 kmh, whereas more often I could only get up to 29 kmh. Much heard comment is the price of the tires, but I find it quite reasonable (I drive
Already the third time I have fitted them, top of the line with merit!
Now my 4th conti GP 5000 in 3 months, side of tires are tearing. Seem to be production errors
As I expected good quality of tire and rides well as always
I have been cycling for 20 years and ride 10,000 km a year. For years I rode Schwalbe Ultremo (now Schwalbe One) and GP 4000 and had +- 2 punctures a year. Since about 2 years I ride GP 5000 and never had so many punctures ! On average after 1000 to 2000 km. Very quickly cracks appear in the tire which fill up with small stones. Also little grip in wet weather. For me this is a highly overrated tire and I have switched back to Schwalbe One.
I was in need of new tires because my previous set of GP5000 had worn out. I doubted for a long time whether skinwall would fit my bike. But I gave it a try otherwise you never know. I am very happy with the new look (see pictures) and trusted GP5000 tires.

After seeing that my previous set of GP5000 needed replacing (after almost 5000km) after much consideration I ordered these last week. Day later in house and mounted. Upon returning home Sunday after 2 long rides I notice a superficial damage on the rear tire. On additional inspection this morning a 2nd one where the inner tube is visible. So that one can already go in the bin. No different ride than usual. The rating becomes 3 stars because 1st set did not cause any problems. This 2nd one did.
Normally I am very satisfied with the Contentinal GP, before the GP 5000 I always used the GP 4000. Unfortunately today a bad experience with the GP 5000. There is a tear on the side of the tire. The tire is only 2 months old (+- 2000km). I had to take the outer tire off twice due to punctures. Very strange that the tire tears so early. Brake pads checked but that's not the problem. Is this covered by any warranty?

With this tire you have a tire on your rim that is ready for all types of weather. Even with wet weather you can easily get through the corner.
Have been a loyal user of the Conti's for some time now. Bought a new bike this summer and it came with the Vitoria pro tires, fine but I missed the sharpness and the familiar feeling in the corners, it seems like these tires stick to the road, and yet a lower rolling resistance. Do have the idea that with the 4000's I had fewer punctures, but that could be coincidence.
Just spent 3 days digging with it in bad weather , but no leak and super control!
Fitted the gp5000 today, normally always Schwalbe. Installation was easy, tire is fine to put on by hand contrary to what others say, think it is more down to the person than the tire. Durability and comfort nothing to say yet. Assessment is purely on mounting ease and how they look.
Grippier than the GP4000 II in the dry, not in the wet though, I feel less rolling resistance.
