According to the product specialist

Pros
The Wide Angle Optics lens provides 180° visibility. The light is also visible from the side, making you more visible to surrounding traffic.
The Femto USB Drive is waterproof with an IPX7 rating. So you can safely leave your light on your bike when it rains.
The Lezyne Femto USB Drive headlight can operate for up to 20 hours, the rear light for up to 15 hours.
Easy tool-free installation.
The light can also be attached to your backpack or clothing.
Two different light modes.
The Knog Plus will last up to 40 hours in the "Eco Flash" mode. Long enough to stay visible all night.
With the handy integrated clip you can also easily attach the lamp to a pannier, backpack or even your socks.
The two straps included in the delivery allow the Knog Plus to fit round and oval stems and seat posts from 22mm - 32mm.
Because of the IPX7 rating, the lamp can be used during heavy rain without worry.
The KTV Drive bicycle lamps can be recharged via the integrated, cable-free USB stick.
Cons
With a light output of 15 lumens, the Femto USB Drive headlight does not provide enough light to see a lot on poorly lit or unlit cycle paths.
The relatively low light levels make it perfect to be seen with, but it won't light up the roads.
The included battery isn't rechargeable.
With 40 lumens, the lights don't illuminate your surroundings. The Knog Plus's main purpose is to be seen by other road users.
The headlight is not powerful enough for use on dark roads without street lights.
