Easily replaceable by the use of Velcro.
The pad kit is washable to get it fresh again quickly.
Easy to replace when your old system fails.
Ideal if your helmet is still in good condition and only the adjustment system needs to be replaced.
Suitable for both the MET Rivale and the MET Manta.

Cons
By washing the pad kit a lot, it wears out faster.
You cannot use the Roc Loc 5 system as replacement for older Giro helmets systems (e.g. Roc Loc 4).
If you frequently wash your helmet pad, you will need to replace it more quickly.
The Roc Loc system feels a bit fragile because of the small dial.
