Ideal for a second bike, for example.
Your smartphone is mounted exactly in the middle of your field of vision.
Because your phone is mounted directly on the stem, you suffer the least from vibrations. Your screen remains well readable.
The mount is made of lightweight aluminium. This way of mounting is also perfect for weight weenies.
Cons
Feels a bit cheap.
Unlike an 'outfront' handlebar mount, you have to look further down to see the screen of your smartphone. During challenging MTB trails this can sometimes be a problem.
