Great Value Carbon Wheel
Great value and quick delivery. I particularly like this carbon wheel as you have the aero gain with the deep section, weight reduction of the carbon and the wet weather braking reliability on alloy rim. Good entry level carbon wheel without blowing the bank.

Stiff, smooth, fast wheelset
Bought these after being (ahm) a bit too heavy for my carbon wheels. A few friends have the older version of these wheels and I decided to try them. In comparison, these roll well, are way stiffer than my carbons but don't flex anywhere near as much. There is a slight weight penalty compared to carbons but they perform just as well. Maybe they don't spin up as quickly but they brake waaaaay better

Light, reactive and easy to fit tyres
After much consideration and research I purchased these as my first set of carbon wheels, I have only tried them once so far (wet summer) but noticed the difference instantly, being small and light I was apprehensive on deeper rims but these feel just right, they roll fast and I can change the tyres without levers... That's a winner in my book! Slightly disappointed at how quiet the freehub is,, I expected it to be louder but all in all I'm really pleased with these wheels and hope they last well

Description
The Mavic Cosmic Pro Carbon has been built with the same rim for the last ten years. Until now. At long last, there's a replacement for the old V-design rims. The 2017 model has been given a marginally shallower rim (45 instead of 50 mm) as well as an all-new U-shape which is said to improve aerodynamics. The internal rim width has also been altered and the wheels now come with 25 mm tyres as standard. Apart from improving aerodynamics, comfort is also increased then! The body now uses a ratchet system called Instant Drive 360 which is considerably more durable than its predecessor. The body also features an impressive angle of engagement of just 9 degrees!MyMavic app
