Training programs such as Training Status, Training Load and Training Effect 2.0 allow you to adjust and optimise your training program easily.
The Group Track function provides information about other cyclists in your sports network. This also keeps you informed about the performance of your colleagues, friends and family. The Fenix 5 also has integration with Strava Segments. This way you compete with other riders in your area on different Strava segments. Via the wireless ANT+ and Bluetooth sensors, you can quickly and easily exchange training information with other devices. You will also receive notifications on your sports watch through Bluetooth connection. Ideal when your smartphone is in your backpack.
