* Due to the anticipated holiday rush, your delivery may be delayed.

During Christmas and New Years, the delivery time of your parcel will be slightly longer than normal.
The delivery time of your order can be delayed by at least 1, 2 or 3 working days if placed between 18 December and 2 January*.
Below, we will inform you about the various changes concerning your order's shipment between the 16th of December 2019 and the 2nd of January 2020.

  • Check here on which days DPD does not deliver packages in your country.
  • Orders placed on the 24th of December and the 31th of December before 15:00, will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed on the 24th of December after 15:00, we will ship your order on Friday the 27th of December.
  • If you order after 15:00 on the 31th of December, we will ship your order on Thursday the 2nd of January.

* The above mentioned delay of 1, 2 or 3 working days is the expected delay. However, this varies from country to country. Due to the large number of parcels DPD expects over the Christmas period, the delay may rise in some cases.

Delivery to addresses, regions or territories outside the European Union is not possible. This also applies to regions/territories which are part of or have a relationship with a member state of the European Union.

Pickup from DPD

  • After finishing up your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
  • This link shows where your parcel has reached the pickup point and how many packages are waiting for you.
  • You can only personally pick up your order.
  • Bring your ID when picking up your delivery.

Did you move or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily edit your address in your Mantel account.

Already placed your order? Quickly give our customer service a call. If your parcel isn’t ready to be shipped yet, we can still change your address.

You can track your delivery via DPD’s Track & Trace service. We’ll send a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Click this number to view where your parcel currently is.

You can also find the tracking number in your account under the respective order.

Weren’t you at home when the postman rang your doorbell? No problem. In some cases there will be a second and third delivery attempt. In other cases, when possible, your parcel will be delivered directly at the nearest DPD pickup parcelshop where you can pick it up the same day. The driver’s note you’ll receive when you’re not home will inform you of the location of your parcel and the further process of the delivery.
