Recommended dosage: The depletion of the carbohydrate supply during exercise is one of the main causes of fatigue. Carbohydrate replenishment before and during exercise can improve (cycling) performance. If the effort lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume extra carbohydrates.
