The Bontrager Arvada Comp is a saddle for men and women which offers much freedom of movement thanks to its shape. It gives you great comfort during your rides with many twists and turns which require frequent changes of position in the saddle. Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, which makes it highly suitable for riders whose hips rock slightly from side to side during cycling. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for such riders while also offering sufficient freedom of movement.

Agility
This is a semi-flat saddle, which means that the saddle is flat in front and slightly raised towards the back. As such, it is suitable for those with average spinal flexibility. This is to do with pelvic tilt; when you're upright in the saddle you do need support to tilt your pelvis, but when you're riding in the drops, for instance, you don't.

Cut-out
This saddle has a cut-out to alleviate pressure for those who often experience discomfort or pressure in the soft tissue area.
