The Trek mountain bike comes with a carbon frame, in which the cables are integrated. The frame is very light, which ensures stable and direct handling. The mountain bike uses Trek's well-known Isospeed concept. This concept increases comfort at the front of the bike and filters out trail vibrations well. It also has a beautiful Fox Performance Float fork with remote lock-out. Lock-out allows you to adjust the suspension travel while riding, so you can cycle as efficiently as possible everywhere. On asphalt you need much less suspension than on the trails.
Fast and smooth shifting
This Trek mountain bike comes with the Shimano XT drivetrain. The XT group is a high-quality gear group that shifts quickly and reliably. The Procaliber 9.8 comes with 12 gears and a 10-51 cassette. Shimano hydraulic brakes provide excellent braking performance and are easy to modulate. Even if you ride in bad conditions, you can rely on the excellent braking performance of the Trek Procaliber 9.8
Carbon wheels
The carbon rims are stiff and light so that all energy is converted into speed. Both the tires and the rims on this mountain bike are tubeless ready, so you can ride tubeless. Riding tubeless has the advantage that the rolling resistance is a lot lower and the chance that you get a flat from a puncture is a lot smaller.
