My old chain was due for replacement. Immediately upgraded and immediately noticed that this new chain shifts seamlessly. Replacing it was easy and quick to do, just keep in mind you need pliers to loosen and tighten the quick link.

I ordered a Shimano xt 12v chain and the product was fine. Delivery was fast and the price was attractive compared to the site I usually order from.

2 years in XT and it's night and day compared with the GX. The chain lasts between 700 and 1000 km with an average D+ of 1.2%. Not a single break or twist

Find the durability disappointing after 1500 km the chain begins to wear to the point of burr formation on the cassette. This has happened twice now on my own bike. Squirt on it every 50 km does not help. Do you want to last longer with your expensive cassette. Then a new chain every 1000 km.
