Mantel Bottle Cage

Nice and sleekly designed bottle cage. They look very good with my bike. I am very happy with them.

Both broke down in less than a month. For the first one I got a new one...For the second one I didn't bother anymore. Second one broke down during gran fondo...This bottle cage can't handle full 750ml cans.

Very disappointed with the product, broken after less than 2 months of use. What's more mantel doesn't want to replace it. 0/10

Fitted last week to go mountain biking in the Ardennes. Works fine, the water bottle stays perfectly in place on rough terrain.

Meets expectations.

The water bottle sits quite low relative to the screw holes, which was the reason for me to take it because the screw holes on my bike are high. However, this can also be a disadvantage when the holes are low. The water bottle goes in and out well. On a ride with several tough cobbled sections, the water bottle stayed in place well.

Taking some getting used to, the water bottle comes off a little less easily. But does stay in place on a bumpy descent.

Good quality, no worse than higher-priced items

Two bottle cages together do not fit in the frame. The bottom hangs relatively low relative to lower screw. On this holder it is 3.5cm. On the other bike with alu bottle cages, it is only 2cm and two bottles together just fit in. Maybe it has to do with my small size aero shaped frame? Possibly I could still use them for a bottle cage behind my saddle, as they feel fine and clamp well.
