Had prepared properly: Given my lack of lung capacity, 75 Nm as reinforcement for leg strength seemed best to me. In the shop, 50 Nm was recommended. 75 Nm more for cycling in mountainous terrain, 50 Nm more for flatter country. Good advice! I can't provide much leg strength, 50 Nm supports me more than 75 Nm. Thanks for this good advice. Must 1: have a mirror fitted immediately (see the picture). Is better than looking behind and swerve as a result. Must 2: mount a phone holder (see photo) prevents a fine and ensures safe riding and arrival.
