Run away from Mantel!

Never again to Mantel because the after-sales service procedure was totally rubbish: they made me dismantle the whole thing even though I'd sent them a photo of the problem, with the bracket tightened to code 2NM as recommended in the installation sheet, but the bracket broke during a high-speed section of pavement and Mantel preferred to blame the customer! What's worse is that I spent a lot of time taking photos, dismantling the whole thing and sending it back, only to get a negative response, as well as being blamed...
