Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- The carbon shell with carbon rails makes this saddle extremely light.
- The stiffness of this saddle gives you optimal power transmission.
- The anatomic saddle design gives you a comfortable sitting position!
- Flexible racers may experience a restriction in their freedom of movement with this saddle.
- This harder saddle is suitable for riders who cycle 1-2 times a week. If you ride less frequently, you will need a softer saddle that offers more comfort. If you cycle more often, you need a harder saddle that gives more support.

Description
Description
Saddle shape
This saddle has a semi-circular back, which makes it very suitable for people who like to rock their hips a bit when cycling. As this saddle is semi-circular, it will provide them with enough support and freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.
Flexibility
This is an S-shaped saddle, which means that the saddle is raised at the back and lowered at the centre. This S-shape therefore allows people with inflexible spines to sit in a sporty cycling position. This has to do with the pelvic tilt; someone who is not flexible in the spine has more difficulty in tilting the pelvis.
Technology
Pro Air Flow designThe Pro Air Flow design on this saddle provides a notch and a well ventilated seat. By distributing the pressure to your sit bones rather than sensitive tissue, you are less likely to suffer from a numb perineum with this saddle.
Carbon shell with carbon rails
The carbon shell and carbon rails are the epitome of performance. The Pro Turnix Team Flow Carbon saddle is ultra-rigid and super light, so you get optimum power transfer and optimal weight!

A jewel!
Yes, perfectly
4 / 5
Good for professionals; less suitable for day-trippers.
It is a firm and light saddle, however, the seat comfort lets up over long distances. For a cyclist (with pads around the groin), this problem will be less prominent, but for the layman, it is pretty obvious.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Quality comfortable saddle
I already have the Pro Griffon on one bike but wanted to try the Turnix as it is designed for people with more flexibility. It is slightly less supportive but I find it good when switching between the drops and top of the handlebars. It also seems to hold me more in place so I don't slide around as much. Haven't tried the accessories yet but that is a nice option.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Big improvement on previous saddle
With anatomic cut out to improve long ride comfort. Shaped to match sitting position but which makes setting it level slightly more difficult than just balancing a spirit level and tightening bolts. In effect you have to have to set it with the ‘nose down’ for actually a level setting
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Great balance between sportiness and comfort!
A lot less saddle pain, I think due to the heftier contour and narrower shape. Saddle seems hard but is just right - highly recommended!
