Mavic Allroad S Gravel Wheels

The Mavic Allroad S Disc bike wheels have been designed to give you a great sense of confidence on poor road surfaces and gravel paths. This has been achieved by using wider aero spokes with a reduced chance of spoke breakage, extra wide rims and durable, well-sealed industrial bearings.

The rims of the Mavic Allroad S Disc Gravel wheels have a 22 mm inner rim width, which makes this wheelset strong and extra comfortable. In addition, the wide inner rim width allows you to mount tyres from 28 up to even 64 mm!

The tubeless tyre option, combined with the wide rim, gives you high comfort and grip and low rolling resistance. If you fill the UST tyre with latex, the chance of getting stranded with a flat tyre is minimal. As off-road riding requires enough energy as it is, the Allroad S wheels feature Infinity hubs with an ID360 freewheel body, which engages super quickly when you press down on the pedals, minimising the loss of valuable energy.

(UST) Universal Standard for Tubeless
Thanks to UST technology, the Mavic Allroad S Disc gravel wheels can be made tubeless. This has numerous advantages such as lower rolling resistance, higher riding comfort and improved grip. The main advantage of tubeless riding is that you can continue cycling when you have a puncture, as the liquid latex seals the hole in the tyre within seconds.

Mavic Care
Mavic Care allows you to extend your warranty period to 3 years by registering your newly purchased wheelset on Mavic's website within 30 days. It also activates the crash replacement option, which gives you up to 40% discount on a comparable product. You are eligible for this option if your wheel cannot be repaired after a crash or collision.

MyMavic app
You can use the MyMavic app (available from the App Store and Google Play) to receive advice on the correct tyre width and pressure for your rim width and the type of surface on which you'll be riding.

Technology

(UST) Universal Standard for Tubeless
The rim is ready for riding without an inner tube. Rim tape is therefore not required. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort while reducing inertia and punctures.

(Maxtal) Light and strong
Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminium alloy offers a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than a conventional 6106 alloy.

(FORE) Stiffer and stronger
Rather than being drilled, the lower rim bridge is pushed up on the inside, then threaded to enable the spoke nipples to be directly screwed into it, leaving the upper rim bridge intact. As a result, the rim is 4 times more resistant to fatigue stress, and rim rigidity increases by 20% for maximum power transfer.

(ID360) Instant Drive 360
The Instant Drive 360 freewheel body system is super light and has a fast engaging ratchet system with only 9 degrees of engagement. A large rubber seal minimises friction and accessibility. An oversized axle and the hardened aluminium freehub save 40 grams.

(SUP) Stronger and smoother rim joint
Soudé Usiné Process: After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a stiff and smooth finish.
