The core of this MTB is its lightweight aluminium frame that provides excellent handling. The cables are integrated into the frame, which not only creates a sleek look but also protects the cables against splashing water and dirt. Suspension is very important in riding on unpaved roads. Lapierre has mounted a Suntour fork with 100 mm suspension travel, which handles potholes and gravel very well so that you can continue to ride comfortably. Lapierre has selected tyres from Schwalbe, which offer a perfect balance between speed and grip; ideal for when you're tearing through corners at full speed.
Large gear range
This mountain bike is equipped with the Shimano Altus group, which provides adequate shifting and lasts long. The large number of gears and the 11-34 cassette give your bike a huge gearing range, so you can easily beat your buddies in an uphill sprint. The brakes are hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano, which produce enormous braking power, even in poor conditions. What's more, these brakes have excellent modulation, allowing you to steer into the corners with absolute confidence.
