Heart Rate Monitors Cycling

A heart rate monitor helps you to train more purposefully. Many telephones, sports watches and cycle computers support training with heart rate monitors. Make sure that you know whether the heart rate monitor works via Bluetooth Smart and/or ANT+ and that this is compatible with your sports watch or cycle computer. Training with a heart rate belt still provides more accurate data than with an optical heart rate monitor on the wrist.
