  • Good weight distribution if coupled with a front wheel motor.
  • The battery is easy to remove.
  • The bike's centre of gravity is quite high and, if coupled with a mid-mounted motor, further to the rear.

On the frame

  • Good stability because the bike's centre of gravity is quite low.
  • The battery is easy to remove.
  • As the battery is highly visible, this is widely considered to be the least attractive option.

Inside the frame

  • Good stability because the bike's centre of gravity is quite low.
  • The e-bike looks like a regular bike.
  • The battery is not so easy to remove.
